21 ways to feel better
We have all had bad days, but we all have things to do! So this is my small list of little things to do to make yourself feel a little better! I’ve been feeling sick lately, so I have been using these as well! This can also apply to when you are feeling down in the dumps.
Go to bed earlier. You will thank yourself!
Wake up early! You will get to see the world in a whole new light.
Stretch in the morning. Stretch everything in your body! You will feel refreshed.
Have a healthy breakfast! Get rid of the processed stuff, they slow you down!
Drink lots and lots and lots of water! The more hydrated you are, the better you will feel.
Write all of your thoughts down. You might forget something important or things will get pushed to the back of your mind.
Go for a shower! You will always feel better after a quick shower!
Go for a bath if you want to feel like a king/queen!
Listen to songs you used to love! Remember why you loved them so much!
Look at old photos of you and your family.
SING LIKE NO ONE IS LISTENING!
Wear clothes that are really comfortable!
Change the sheets on your bed for EXTRA comfort!
Discover new books or re-read your favourite book.
Call your best friend and meet up somewhere!
Help everyone you can.
Go somewhere you have never been. Walk down that street you keep looking at every day. See where it takes you.
Have a cheat day. Eat something that you love! Eat something you know you shouldn’t be eating.
Speak to old friends.
Delete people from Facebook/Instagram/Twitter, if you don’t talk to them anymore or don’t like them.
Wake up thinking that every day is going to be your day! You got this!
